- 1 c. steel cut gluten-free oats
- 2 c. coconut milk
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 tsp maple syrup
- 1 c. raspberries
- 1 c. blueberries
- 1/4 c. sliced almonds
Mix the oats, milk, vanilla, and syrup together. Refrigerate in covered container overnight.
In the morning, stir. Top with berries and almonds.
