One of my favorite meals to make is tacos. Have fun with it. Use whatever ingredients you can have that sound good to you. At a minimum, I use the following:
- Corn Tortillas or Soft Tortilla Shells (if corn-free)
- Rice
- Meat of choice using Taco Seasoning
- Black Olives
- Avocado or guacamole
- Shredded lettuce
- Beans of choice – pinto, refried, black
- Add cheese and/or sour cream if dairy is allowed
- Add tomato if tomato is allowed
