One of my favorite meals to make is tacos. Have fun with it. Use whatever ingredients you can have that sound good to you. At a minimum, I use the following:

  • Corn Tortillas or Soft Tortilla Shells (if corn-free)
  • Rice
  • Meat of choice using Taco Seasoning
  • Black Olives
  • Avocado or guacamole
  • Shredded lettuce
  • Beans of choice – pinto, refried, black
  • Add cheese and/or sour cream if dairy is allowed
  • Add tomato if tomato is allowed
