Flax Seed Gel- egg substitute

This recipe is the equivalent of 1 egg in baked goods. Double it for 2 eggs. Triple it for 3 eggs, etc.

  • 1 Tbsp ground flax seed
  • 3 Tbsp warm water

Whisk together. Let it set for 10 minutes, whisking occasionally, until it forms a loose gel.
