Chili and cornbread


I make chili using 2 large cans of Hunt’s tomato sauce, 1 can of chili beans, and 1 can of kidney beans, and come chopped onion along with 1 lb grass-fed beef. Double the recipe for a larger batch. I cook the beef and then add it to the other ingredients. Add chili powder, salt, and pepper to taste. Serve with Bob’s Red Mill gluten-free cornbread. You can make the cornbread using flax seed gel instead of eggs.
